After thrashing the Gujarat Giants (GG), the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have moved to the top of the WPL 2024 Points Table. After their 8-wicket victory with 45 balls left, the Royals have displaced defending champions the Mumbai Indians to take the top spot. Meanwhile, Beth Mooney’s Giants have moved to the bottom after losing their second consecutive match.

MI and RCB battle for the top spot
Having moved down to the second spot on the WPL points table, the Royal Challengers Bangalore have occupied the top spot once again. Smriti Mandhana led her side to a tight two-run win over the UP Warriorz at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium three days ago and has now claimed an 8-wicket win to overtake the Mumbai Indians.
