The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 schedule is announced on Thursday, February 22. Notably, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have released the schedule for the first 21 matches only due to the tournament clashing with the Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
Sunrisers Hyderabad, the 2016 champions, will play their first match against Kolkata Knight Riders on March 23 in Kolkata. They will also face Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings, in their first four games.

SRH had a poor IPL 2023 campaign, finishing at the bottom of the table with just 4 wins in 14 games. However, with a refreshed squad, the franchise will be hoping for a positive season
